Your key accountabilities
- Provide high quality advice and overview to managers and other stakeholders on workforce capability matters, including the supervision and coordination of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Contribute to the development of innovative change management strategies to enhance recruitment service delivery across a diverse range of roles.
- Analyse HR information and data, identifying trends and patterns to enhance and create opportunities for improvements and efficiencies for recruitment, attraction and retention.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Public Sector and cultivate partnerships with industry service providers to enhance recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of recruitment systems, information and quality assurance on role evaluation, capability and position description content.
- Contribute towards the capability development of managers and employees across the organisation providing advice through the delivery of recruitment and selection training.
- Develop and deliver resources and relevant materials to build employee and manager capability on new or emerging recruitment processes, systems or initiatives.
