We are currently seeking aMaster Data Administratorto join our global head office team in Kilsyth.
Reporting to the Manager – Master Data, this role is responsible for managing product information across ARB's global systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Product Information Data (PID) across ERP systems, warehouse locations, and product catalogues
Ensure data integrity through daily health checks, change logs, and documentation
Implement product pricing in line with company policies
Perform regular data cleansing and archiving
Develop and maintain master data forms and reporting tools using advanced Excel
Manage data requests via Atlassian JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, and IT teams
Identify and implement process improvements to support future business needs
About You
Data Management & Governance
Experience in master data management and governance
Strong understanding of data integrity principles
Skilled in data cleansing, validation, archiving, and migration
Systems & Tools
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle JDE)
Familiarity with Product Information Management Systems (PIMS)
Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA or similar ticketing systems
Process & Collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with change management documentation
Excellent internal customer service and cross-functional collaboration
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
