OverviewWe currently have a new opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel with commercial experience.
Working closely with the General Counsel and key stakeholders within our client's business, you'll be involved in advising on a broad range of matters including:Supply chain contracts;Procurement;A broad range of other commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.
;Corporations Law compliance for the company's various entities; andInfrastructure projects.YouYou'll be an experienced lawyer with strong commercial expertise and your background will ideally include a mix of law firm experience together with either secondments or in-house experience.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships will also be paramount, as you will be expected to integrate seamlessly into your new role and interact effectively with all levels of the business.If you\'re open to a contract role where you\'ll enjoy diversity, this could be an ideal opportunity for you
