Job Title: Creative Lead Designer

This role requires a multifaceted individual with a passion for innovative design, music, and culture. You will work on campaigns across various touchpoints, from strategy to execution.

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, leveraging cultural insights, data, and strategy for ideation. They will be able to lead campaigns from concept to delivery, create compelling presentations, and understand how audiences engage with digital and real-world experiences.

  • Creative Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, creating pitch presentations, mock-ups, sketches, moodboards, and editing audiovisual content.
  • Campaign Mastery: Ability to lead campaigns from concept to delivery, including strategy, art direction, design, and execution.
  • Visual Storytelling: Skill in creating compelling presentations and visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
  • User Experience: Understanding of how audiences engage with digital and real-world experiences to drive fan engagement and purchase behavior.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with external production partners and freelance creatives to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting skills and the ability to articulate creative solutions effectively.
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confident communicator, adaptable, relationship builder within the music industry, and team player.
