Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate background checks and monitor for missing information or delays.
  • Coordinate Additional Information forms, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
  • Manage contract issuance and returns within expected timeframes.
  • Maintain data accuracy by reviewing offer checklists and amending offer cards as necessary.

In addition to these key tasks, the successful candidate will:

  • Liaise with teams to identify potential risks or delays in onboarding requirements.
  • Respond to queries regarding STL or contract issues.
  • Maintain updated records on amended start dates across various platforms.
