**Role Overview**:
**Position**: Casual Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent for complex bookings

**Hours**: Flexible shifts (perfect for students) between 8am-5pm M-F

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, manage phone inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a radiography program (students encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with medical software is a plus).
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
