**The Role**:

- Managing all day to day aspects of the services operations including budget, wages, rostering, occupancy, enrolments, debt management etc.
- Adhere to Child safe policy and code of conduct
- Ensure that our children are educated and cared for to company standards that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework
- Ensure that all new team members are inducted correctly into the campus and given an opportunity to develop a sense of belonging in the new environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and team members
- Ensure that the business is meeting financial outcomes that have been set

**Role Requirments**:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education)
- **At least 2 years experience as a Centre Manager **:

- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- A demonstrated ability to adhere to and understand the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
