**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you a dynamic and proactive professional with a passion for retail management? We are seeking a highly motivated Centre Manager to oversee the operations and success of Central Square Ballarat and Thompsons Parkway. As the Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional client service, driving foot traffic, and maximising the return on investment for our valued clients.

**An overview of the role**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the center in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet the objectives of the center.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including timely collection of all lease-associated payments.
Maintain tenant and contractor records and files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal obligations.
Actively monitor and reduce arrears to minimise financial risk.
Manage accounts payable invoices and accurately bill recoverable costs to tenants.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and events.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, local business communities, and authorities.
Provide leadership to the centre staff, setting objectives, and guiding their development.

Effective decision-making abilities, with the capability to resolve problems and improve operations.

Demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive performance excellence.
