**About the role**

We are looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Officers, to join our casual pool to provide ad hoc, urgent relief work for teaching sections. You may be asked to work at a variety of Sydney metro campus locations at short notice. (**Sydney Region - Specific campuses: Ultimo, Randwick, St George, Gymea, Loftus, Enmore, Annandale, Petersham, St Leonards, Meadowbank, Ryde, Northern Beaches and Hornsby).** Because of this requirement, you must be flexible, able to travel and have good availability.

Minimum 3-hour shifts offered between the hours of 6am to 10pm, Monday through to Saturday depending on the required work

The Hospitality Officer is responsible for providing safe, efficient and hygienic hospitality services, maintaining outstanding presentation and high quality customer service to support the effective and efficient delivery of educational programs and contribute to daily operational needs of the relevant TAFE NSW learning sites.

**About You**
- You enjoy carrying out a wide range of duties supporting different learning environments.
- Supporting students by contributing to a positive learning experience.
- Serving of food and drinks in college food outlets and classes in accordance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Assisting as required with College wide activities and during critical/peak periods and special events such as enrolments, prize/award functions, exhibitions etc.

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate II in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Hospitality experience in a commercial environment.
- Current Responsible Services of Alcohol Certification (desirable).
