Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Business Implementation Manager for or an exciting project with a large NSW government client.

**Key Requirement**:

- Business Implementation Manager will coordinate all business activities to support delivery of the People Experience Program.
- Integrated planning of business analysis, process and people experience streams.
- Ensure delivery of all agreed artefacts for streams.
- Ensure an integrated approach to SME resource planning and engagement, ensuring load on business is pragmatic and reasonable.
- Support business engagement to source data and other source material.
- Work with Digital teams to ensure integration with technology delivery plans (system requirements, product roadmap, solution options and selection, vendor engagement, testing, deployment).
- work with change management team to ensure integration with change plan (change strategy, business readiness, impact assessment, comms plan, training plan).
