**Your Duties**:

- **What you'll do** - Supporting the development of the newborn. - Implementing sleep schedules - Development activities - Bottle feeding and wind-down. - Supporting our 3-year old: - Development and entertaining activities - Pick up from ELC (located 800m down the road) - Meal prep and meal time. - Communication with us: - We really value education and want to be actively involved and aligned. - We want to improve and grow how we parent and encourage discussion and feedback. - Reports and updates on development so we have continuity across all of us. - Household operations - Laundry drying and folding - Managing house admin (Cleaners Schedule, Post Office, Groceries etc.) - We have cleaners that come once per week.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- **Admin stuff** - Valid Working With Children Check - Valid First Aid and CPR - Car and driver's license - Permanent Australian Residency - Fully vaccinated
