**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**:Hawthorn, VIC

**Salary**:$37-40 per hour + Super + paid leave

**School Term Schedule**:Mondays - Fridays, 12pm-6pm

**Ideal School Holiday Schedule**:Mondays - Fridays, 8:30am-5:30pm (*if necessary, for the right person the family can stick to the afternoon schedule throughout the year)

**Children**:10 year old, 12 year old, and 14 year old

**Start date**:ASAP.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence and own car (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Experience working in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
Returning clients of ours are seeking an organised home manager or family assistant to support their household and 3 tweens/teens.

Prior to school pick-up, the focus will be on regular tasks to keep the household running smoothly. Tasks will include things such as:

- meal planning and cooking
- laundry and ironing
- shopping and errands
- supporting the family with keeping the home clean and tidy.

During school terms the Nanager will be responsible for after school care, including homework support and transporting to and from activities. Ideally, the family would love the Nanager to be able to work full days during school holidays, but can be flexible on this for the right person.

The right person for this role will be mature, professional, and punctual, with great communication skills and a can-do attitude.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents work long hours so they value the support a Nanager provides for their family. Despite working full-time they are loving and focused on their children's needs. The children are growing into more independence as they get older, but they have always had nannies/Nanagers and are appreciative and kind.

The family is caring and active, and enjoy spending time together. They value honesty and open communication. The family also has one cat.
