You'll be the go-to person managing $3.2 million worth of stock in a large-format store, keeping everything running smoothly and on point.

Responsibilities
Lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations
Ensure strong inventory integrity and efficient stock flow
Minimise shrinkage to maximise the store's profitability
Manage $3.2 million worth of stock in a large-format store
Qualifications
Retail management experience
Solid understanding of inventory control
Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
Skills in training and achieving results
