**The opportunity**:
As the Team Leader Projects you will manage structured team and project planning, encompassing scheduling, resourcing, and communication to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals. You will deliver projects and operational objectives while effectively managing and mitigating risks, monitoring progress, and engaging resources to achieve outcomes within agreed budgets and timelines.

In addition you will ensure that project scope documentation, Project Management Plans, and estimates assigned to the team are developed and delivered according to the Project Sponsor's requirements. You will also be responsible for developing contracting strategies and specifications for all assigned projects, managing the tender evaluation, and overseeing the contract award process effectively.. You will, ensure that infrastructure project delivery contractors and related service providers perform according to their contractual obligations to optimise and ensure efficient and effective delivery of works.

**The people you'll join**:
Based in Virginia, you will join our Infrastructure Delivery - Regulated group within the Delivery and Technical Solutions division, reporting directly to the Manager Projects - Regulated.

**What you'll bring**:

- Degree level qualifications in Project Management, Business, or related discipline with significant project management experience in the development of high voltage transmission infrastructure, OR
- Lesser qualification coupled with extensive experience in Project Management in the development of high voltage transmission infrastructure.
