
Facilities Services Officer

Your Role
As the Facilities Services Officer you will have responsibility for (but not limited to) the following:
- Participate, with supervision, in a range of project, business as usual and business improvement activities across a broad range of infrastructure, planning and asset management strategies to contribute to the delivery of tailored infrastructure solutions for the department.
- Provide operational information and support to other departmental officers for a range of infrastructure, planning and asset management services.
- Compile and formulate reports and submissions to support the delivery of a range of services and support management of departmental facilities.
- Manage and process accounts and payments, and with direction undertake financial reconciliations on individual projects and liaise with Finance Branch and suppliers to ensure efficient processing of payments and invoices.
The successful applicant will provide operational support in the maintenance of geospatial data and infrastructure planning activities. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to undertake a range of work unit specific activities to support the delivery of a range of infrastructure planning services where required.
