Technician for Aircraft Systems

This role is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of aircraft systems. As an Aircraft Systems Technician, you will perform maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing, and fault-finding on aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient task completion
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements within Defence Aviation Support Regulation (DASR) Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
- Foster effective communication and coordination with industry teams and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices
- Prioritize a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, emphasizing the well-being of all personnel
- Meet Defence security requirements as an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current driver's license
- Previous experience working with military aircraft
- Hold a valid CASA or DASA Maintenance Licence
This role may involve travel and periods working away from home. It provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a different environment while performing the duties of this role.
