**About Our Client**:

This role, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, primarily involves accurately handling end-to-end payroll and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth process.
- Prepare, process, and distribute fortnightly/monthly payrolls in a timely and accurate manner using a third-party outsourced provider (ADP).
- Prepare payroll end-of-month balance sheet reconciliations between the general ledger and payroll system.
- Process payroll-related journals into the ERP systems BC and NetSuite.
- Provide reports pertaining to payroll data to finance and other business units.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant Awards and Fair Work Australia legislation.
- Manage new employee contracts and coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding requirements with IT support.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful for this position, you will have proven payroll experience within a similar position. Experience with outsourced payroll providers (ADP) is highly desirable.
- Experience with outsourced payroll providers (ADP) and financial ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Australia regulations.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
