As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled team within a premium entertainment facility located within the heart of Broadbeach.

Responsibilities
Maintain a permanent site - 5 days a week
Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
Uphold Green By Nature's reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst guests and staff of the facility

About You
Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens – Highly regarded
Experience in indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigation
White Card
Valid Drivers' license
Team player with excellent communication skills
