As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled team within a premium entertainment facility located within the heart of Broadbeach.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a permanent site - 5 days a week
  • Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
  • Uphold Green By Nature's reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst guests and staff of the facility

About You

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens – Highly regarded
  • Experience in indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigation
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
