Job Title:
Customer Success Specialist - Bookkeeping / Accounting / QuickBooks

**Job Description**:
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, with experience in bookkeeping, accounting and customer success, particularly in encouraging customers to utilise QuickBooks efficiently.

Concentrix are in partnership with one of the world's leading cloud accounting tools providers. Their mission is to reshape the customer onboarding journey in the accounting and bookkeeping sector, introducing them to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and essential partner products.

**Key Role Details**:

- $80,000 + Super
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

**Your role as a Customer Success Specialist**
- Be the catalyst for change and progress, welcoming and onboarding mid-career Accountants and Bookkeeping firms in the ANZ region to seamlessly embrace QBO and our partner products within their first 90 days.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to understand each firm's unique needs and deliver an outstanding initial experience with QBO and partner products.
- Customise services and training programs based on each firm's specific requirements, empowering them to reach their goals and train their staff effectively.
- Engage accountants and bookkeepers through interactive Zoom sessions, guiding them in navigating our products and configuring features effortlessly.
- Assist firms in setting up clients' files on QBO and guide them through data conversions when necessary.
- Develop expertise in our products and solutions, providing clear, tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address any questions that may arise during client interactions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with firms throughout their first 90 days, ensuring they make the most of their subscriptions.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills by learning from experienced peers.

**Who are you?**
- Relevant experience accounting or bookkeeping
- Experience in QuickBooks Online software or similar.
- Proven ability to deliver bookkeeping training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in transitioning clients from one accounting software to another.
- Nurturing personality with a passion for empowering others.
- Approachable, optimistic, and driven with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure no task is overlooked.
