
Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing expert advice on windows and doors solutions for their projects.
As a consultative sales professional, you will engage with architects, homeowners, and builders to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contacts through our sales database
- Preparing quotations and presentations, placing orders
- Interpreting technical design plans
We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in managing their own work schedule. Previous experience in a sales role within the building industry or window & door showroom experience is essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively through problems
- Strong planning, organizing, and carrying out selling activities
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
