**About the team**:
Our team is responsible for the authentication experience at eBay. We know that luxury buyers want the real deal and eBay's Authenticity Guarantee provides peace of mind when shopping online.

**About the role**:
In this role you will be responsible for upholding buyer trust in handbags at eBay, delivering an elevated experience to customers.

**Here are some things you'll find yourself doing day-to-day**:

- Inspect, authenticate and re-package handbags adhering to strict standards and processes.
- Utilise technology and expertise in luxury handbags to confirm an item's authenticity and identify any fake/counterfeit goods.
- Repackage handbags to a high standard.
- Work with eBay software and technology systems to track the item from dock receiving to the moment it is posted to the end customer.
- Proactively work with the warehouse team and customer service to optimise processes.

**The person we're looking for**:

- Luxury goods retail experience, specifically with brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Hermes, Gucci.
- Experience working at a luxury consignment store (retail or e-commerce).
- Prior experience of authentication and use of Entrupy experience desired.
- You put the customer at the heart of what you do.
- An eye for detail, with a precise and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable with technology platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
