Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Technology & Innovation function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

**What you'll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Conduct training sessions & workshops to educate users on operational technology systems.
- Document & maintain technical support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations for operational technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues & implement system improvements.

**What you'll bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certification would be highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar role, supporting Applications, Windows Server and Linux, Windows desktop and Microsoft Office suite.
- Intermediate knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Servers.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft End User Compute, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fundamental understanding of Networking principles.
- Familiarity with ICT best practices, ITIL framework, and ITSM principles.
- A customer-centric mindset, with an aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
