Experience supporting people living with dementia – an understanding of dementia and a person-centred approach to care, with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals and their familiesExperience supporting older people, ideally within Australian residential and/or community aged care settings, including an understanding of the needs of older people in regional and remote areas such as Darwin and the Top EndBe relatable and able to share knowledge in a way that supports change at all levelsHigh level of negotiation, communication and relationship building skillsExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent stakeholder managementA current Australian drivers licence and willingness to travelEmpathy and patienceRelevant qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Aged Care or Mental Health is essentialReady to make a change?
