**About the Opportunity**

As a Research Analyst, you'll collaborate to deliver high-quality insights that ensure customers are at the heart of business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to improve customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.

**About You**

You have 2+ years of experience in Market Research or a similar role, including survey design, dissemination, analysis and reporting.

You are comfortable working with large data sets. You have strong data visualisation skills and 'big picture' thinking comes naturally to you.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
