We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and well-presented Customer Service Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

As part of our Concierge team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks, and RSA assessments
  • Screening and forwarding calls, taking messages as needed
  • Providing venue information and answering questions
  • Operating the public-address system for announcements
  • Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
  • Updating membership details in the system
  • Issuing Workers' Gift Cards
  • Handling member bookings for the club courtesy bus
  • Facilitating cloakroom services
  • Performing any other duties as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality, Hotel, or Entertainment preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation
  • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle difficult conversations and complaints
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook
  • Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
  • Polite phone etiquette
  • Willingness to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts
