As the Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education by delivering the department's vision with clarity and purpose. You will drive improved educational outcomes for all students, ensuring they are equipped for success. Through your leadership, you will enhance the quality of teaching and learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By nurturing strong, positive relationships among students, staff, families, and the wider community, you will create a supportive and inclusive school environment where everyone thrives.

Your Responsibilities

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
