AssetOn, part of the COSOL Group, is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance planning services for Australia's mining and resources sector.

We specialise in supporting operational success through reliable planning, scheduling, and systems-based solutions.

Due to continued demand across the Bowen Basin AssetOn is seeking and Electrical Maintenance Planners. Experience with Draglines & Shovels is required to be successful in this role.

**About You**

To be considered for current and future Maintenance Planning positions, we are looking for the following skills:

- Electrical Trade qualification essential
- 2+ years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources
- Experience with draglines & shovels required
- Experience with CHPP desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication with reliability and maintenance teams
- Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs for asset performance
- Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels
- A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
