**The Role**:
**What's the role?**

As Maintenance Planner, you will be providing specialist expertise in short
- and medium-term maintenance planning for the Upstream/Midstream Operations. The role will be responsible for Electrical, Instrument and Control Planning, ensuring availability of plant and equipment and diving reliability in accordance with maintenance management strategies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Support equipment reliability in accordance with maintenance management strategies
- Plan and priorities IE (Instrumentation Electrical) scope across all QGC Operations, development of IE Work Packs, manage Asset Event preparation and readiness
- Coach in work management, planning and assist in influencing change
- Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant corrective/preventive (CM/PM) activities on the organizations plant and equipment
- Liaise with production staff and the maintenance supervisor(s) to optimize planned maintenance
- Establish, maintain, and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling business flow processes
- Support continuous improvement of CMMS data through the submission of Change Requests (CRs) and direct amendment of Job Plans (JPs), accurately update the CMMS system regarding changes in materials, resources or work scope based on actual data and feedback from the execution teams
- Schedule - Support the maintenance schedule(s) by ensuring work orders (WOs) are planned in a timely manner prior schedule issue and by providing feedback and/or direction to the scheduler(s)
- Review - Run Maintenance system audits as required
- Maintain - Ensure that system master data maintenance activities for security, integrity, accuracy, and
- Comply with and give due consideration to all HSSE requirements as stipulated by the operating company.
- Able and competent in root cause failure analysis leadership and investigations
- Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinating with all stakeholders to optimize planned maintenance and to minimize interference with operation of plant

**What we need from you**

We are looking for professionals with current **Electrical License recognized by the Queensland Electrical Licensing Board**. Moreover, we hope to see as many of the following:

- Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry (or equivalent heavy process industry) in Operations, with significant years of working experience as a Maintenance Planner (IE)
- Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Maximo/SAP or similar
- Certifications
- Certificate III in Electro Technology.
- Cert III in Instrumentation and demonstrated experience.
- EEHA Certification and demonstrated experience.
- High exposure to work management systems and processes
- Planning of the ff:

- Electric and engine driven compression,
- Centrifugal and reciprocating Compressors, Makes
- Howden/Waukesha/Caterpillar/Siemens
- Power Generation
- Water Infrastructure
- Pipeline Infrastructure
- Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment
- Development of maintenance and shutdown work packs
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and management of safety critical equipment
- System Audits, Master Data Maintenance, Data Presentation, and Document Management Systems
- Strong problem-solving ability using techniques like Causal learning
- Possess a strong focus on safety; applicable to yourself, those around you and applied in all facets of your work, Skill Level in Risk Management and Risk Identification, Safe Systems of Work (Area Authority)
- A team player with the ability to work unsupervised; a strong communicator, both written and verbal, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders and departments
- Able to work with changing priorities within broad objectives, competent in exercising initiative and making sound judgement
