You will be required to, but not limited to the following duties:

- Own transport
- Physically fit and willing to do manual labour (including some heavy lifting)
- Ability to work quickly and stay on task
- Willing to work rotating shifts in future
- Must have sorting / processing experience.
- Basic labouring skills
- Able to work in a dusty environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling recyclables/rubbish
- Previous experience in waste management (preferable)
- Sorting materials that are coming through the recycling plant that are non-recyclable.
- Be able to take directions from the Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Be reliable and motivated.
- Demonstrate initiative and be willing to complete a variety of tasks; and
- Have a safety focused attitude.

Please note, this job involves working sometimes in a dusty environment which require you to wear face masks, eye protection, gloves, and long sleeve clothing. (the face masks, gloves and eye protection are provided, and dust suppression system is installed at the site)

On-site parking is also available.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laverton North VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
