Barista responsibilities will include:
Amazing Customer Service
Cashing Orders
Making Coffee
Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:
Reconcile till
Supervise fellow staff
Stock control
Responding to customer feedback
Food assembly responsibilities
Responsible for open & closing of store
As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores.
You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard-working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment.
You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store.
Full training and support will be provided, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.
To be successful in these positions you should possess the following attributes:
Current or previous management experience is preferred
Proven team leadership
Conflict resolution skills
Dynamic, results driven and enjoy achieving targets
Can do attitude and self-motivated
Confident and well spoken
Impeccable presentation and personal hygiene
Thrive on working in a fast paced, team environment
Honesty and Integrity
Strong work ethic
Barista: Minimum 1 year of Barista experience.
Supervisor: 3 years of barista experience and 1 year of supervisor experience.
The positions are casual offering 20-38 hours.
Seven-day flexibility is required including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.
