**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- People who have no experience as team leaders will be considered if they meet all the other requirements._

**Your Days Will Look Like**
- Leading a landscaping team and managing the maintenance and installation of residential and commercial gardens.
- Reading and interpreting client instructions, while controlling schedules and budgets.
- Providing training and mentoring for your team to deliver the highest-quality results.
- Ensuring the health and safety of the team.
- Working alongside clients to ensure we're meeting expectations.

**What You Will Need**
- At least 2 years doing gardening/landscaping work.
- Good people skills.
- Manual driver's license and experience driving a trailer.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High standard of fitness.
