Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently.
  2. Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  3. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance horticultural skills and safety practices.
  4. Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition and identify improvements needed.
  5. Interact with clients to understand their preferences and address concerns.

Essential Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • White Card.
  • Nation Police Check.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
