Job DescriptionWe're on the lookout for an inspirational and experienced Residence Manager to lead this exciting new chapter.
You'll play a critical role in establishing a high-performing team of Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, and ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional care we're known for.This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with some occasional on-call responsibilities that include weekends and nights.What you'll be doing :Reporting to the Village Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the care centre's daily operations and strategic leadership, including :Full accountability for staffing, budgeting, and complianceLeading and coaching your team with a strong focus on recruitment, development, and recognitionOverseeing the delivery of care and services for all village residents which includes residential aged care, Independent and Assisted Living residentsBuilding meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders – and being their trusted point of contact, especially in sensitive situationsSupporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all timesManaging audits, policy implementation, and working with DOH, ACQSC, and other key external agenciesDriving a strong, connected team culture across the villagePlease click here to view the full job description.QualificationsYou bring proven experience in clinical settings and a deep understanding of Australia's aged care sector.
