Financial Leadership Role
This is a high-visibility leadership position that reports directly to executive management and has exposure to strategic decision-making.
The Financial Leadership professional will serve as a key lead for a complex division and work closely with senior executives, site managers, and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, improve business outcomes, and support the ongoing transformation of the organization.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance analysts who partner closely with site leadership to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the financial management of a complex national division, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
Partner with senior executives and site managers to influence strategy and performance outcomes.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and commercial governance, including exposure to international sales and hedging strategies.
Oversee the monthly management cycle and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and insight.
Play a key role in business improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across finance and operations.
Support ongoing transformation projects and contribute to strategic initiatives to strengthen long-term business performance.
To succeed in this role, you will be a senior finance leader who combines strong technical foundations with commercial acumen and leadership experience.
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Proven background in commercial finance or operational finance, ideally in heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Strong track record of financial management and business partnering with senior leadership.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and engage a long-tenured and geographically dispersed team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking capability, with an appetite for change and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across multiple sites and locations.
