Senior Finance Leader

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to spearhead our accounting function and financial operations in Sydney. As a seasoned executive, you will oversee the maintenance of our general ledger and sub-ledgers, ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and succession planning.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting & analysis, compliance & risk management, corporate finance & treasury management, strategic partnership & business growth, governance, compliance & legal oversight, and cross-functional collaboration & communication.
- Ensure adherence to global accounting guidelines, treasury policies, and global reporting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's, CPA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Extensive finance experience, ideally as a senior finance executive, with proven industry knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the medical device industry and applicable quality system regulations and standards.
