We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Flight Test & Evaluation Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

The T&E Specialist will support delivery of complex outcomes that are required to enable successful execution of test events. The T&E Specialist must have intimate knowledge of Defence Test & Evaluation (T&E) Policy and extensive experience as a T&E practitioner within the Defence environment, specifically working with Air Warfare Centre (AWC) and the Woomera Test Range (WTR). You will exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy to achieve novel test outcomes that will be critical for the success of the project.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Provide support to the multi-disciplined project teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of a plan to establish the necessary test range environment.
- Support development and implementation of the T&E Master Plan.
- Support the Identification and coordination of all planning elements.
- Actively manage working relationships to understand stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Support the project teams with the integration and engagement of the project governance framework.
- Develop and deliver succinct written and verbal communications for stakeholder both internal and external.
- Provide specialist support to other projects as required, including T&E Master Plan development to support key project milestones.

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- **Australian Citizenship & Current NV1 clearance.**:

- **Able to consume ITAR controlled data and information.**:

- Qualified flight test professional with extensive experience in delivering flight test outcomes in the Defence context (Senior T&E Practitioner, or equivalent, level of competence).
- Experience implementing Defence Range policy and procedures, to plan and execute test programs involving air-weapons on Defence ranges.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong Defence writing skills.
- Resilience in a highly demanding, constantly changing work environment.
