With a workforce spanning corporate, technical, sales, and construction environments, the business fosters a culture that values teamwork, accountability, and practical, people-first solutions.About the Role:We are seeking a skilled People & Culture Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance in employee relations, learning, change management, and people strategy.
This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact as part of a values-driven organisation with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and growth.Advise and coach senior stakeholders, people leaders, and team members on a range of complex employee relations mattersEnsure compliance with employee relations legislation, policies, and practicesManage employee relations issues and use data to drive people performance outcomesSupport key people initiatives: performance reviews, reward cycles, engagement surveysCollaborate with business areas to deliver change management and organisational transformationDesign and facilitate effective learning and development programsContinuously improve processes and seek out best practices and new approachesWhat You'll Bring:Experience as a Senior HR business partner supporting diverse stakeholder groupsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including exposure to executive leadershipIn-depth knowledge of employee relations and contemporary people practicesDemonstrated capability in organisational and leadership developmentSkilled in change management methodologies (certification such as Prosci/Kotter highly regarded)Highly effective communicator, facilitator, and confident presenterExperience with HR technology and analytics toolsTertiary qualification in HR, business or related field requiredThis is a hybrid role based in Melbourne's south-east and reports into the GM, People & Culture.
