ARA Technologies is a member of the ARA Group of Companies and due to recent growth in our business, we are currently recruiting a licenced Security Technician to join our team who is wishing to expand their skills base.
We offer the opportunity for the successful applicant to become a multi-disciplined tradesmen - becoming experienced in communications cabling, security and access control systems, CCTV systems, audio visual systems and PA systems.
The Role
Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of alarms, access control, CCTV and associated systems.
Supporting critical and essential services across various sectors
Working hand in hand with other technicians and project managers to deliver high quality projects.
Skills and Experience
Proven security installation experience
A track record for great craftsmanship, with a strong sense of pride for works performed
Ability to demonstrate strong focus on customer satisfaction
Experience with Integriti, Gallagher or Challenger security solutions
Experience with Avigilon and Geutebrueck CCTV systems
Ready to learn new technologies and grow with new experiences
Reliable with a proven ability to work well within a team and autonomously
Working Hours
This is a full-time position with hours ranging from standard trade hours to night works, which is project specific.
A possibility for regional travel from time to time.
Qualifications
Security Licence
Australian Driver's Licence
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
