About the Role
This position provides executive leadership of a highly motivated and effective Corporate Services function, supporting our care teams to deliver high quality care to our valued clients.
The role is a key member of the Executive Team which ensures the business delivers on its strategic plan objectives.
Duties
Below are some of the duties required (for a full list of duties, a Position Description is available on our website).
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for ensuring there is qualified and highly skilled staff and work systems to support delivery of high quality services to our clients;
The position provides ongoing support, direction and supervision to team members to achieve the aims and desired outcomes for clients;
The Corporate Services Manager will work with and support the CEO to develop a positive, inclusive and safe culture within the organisation's workforce and oversee the strategic, operational and continuous improvement plans.
