**The Role**:
We're looking for a Graphic and Communications Assistant to create visually-engaging and strategically-aligned content across digital, print, and social media platforms to elevate DKO's brand, support marketing initiatives, and enhance internal and external communications. Based in our Collingwood studio, you will be joining a vibrant team.

**Skills & Experience**:
Qualifications/ Experience - A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent qualification, or relevant practical experience.

Core Professional Skills - An excellent record and good level of knowledge and understanding are required, as outlined below:

- Technically Proficient: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft 365.

- Detail-Oriented: Ensures consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Effective Communicator: Confidently delivers professional and engaging verbal and written communication.
- Strategic Contributor: Offers solutions and contributes to creative strategies aligned with studio goals.
- Marketing Focused: Supports the creation and execution of marketing plans to ensure impactful messaging.

Technical skills - An excellent record and good level of knowledge and understanding are required, as outlined below:

- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), focusing on scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update the website to ensure engaging and consistent communication aligned with DKO's brand.
- Analyse social media metrics to refine strategies and optimise engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop diverse content, including graphics, animations, videos, and written narratives, for digital and print marketing materials.
- Capture in-studio photography and videography, handling editing and post-production to enhance project and event storytelling.
- Coordinate and manage photography and videography for internal and client projects, ensuring the media archive is organised and accessible.
- Stay informed about emerging content trends, tools, and techniques to produce competitive and innovative outputs.
- Design and format proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in alignment with DKO's brand guidelines.
- Interpret client briefs to craft effective submissions.
- Enhance bid processes by updating templates and refining approaches based on feedback.
- Develop presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Figma.
- Ensure brand alignment in all design elements, including typography, colour palettes, and layouts.
- Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations to internal teams and external clients.
- Organise and manage agendas and action items for internal and external communication meetings, ensuring clarity and follow-through.
