About Ingleside State School
We are a coeducational school, located 15 minutes from Burleigh Heads on Tallebudgera Creek. Our current enrolment is 128 students in Prep to Year 6.
The small school environment allows us to provide quality education in a calm and peaceful setting. We have a very close working relationship with our community.
About the Role
**Responsibilities include**:

- Autonomy to perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- Assist with organising school maintenance and safety inspections as directed by the Principal or Business Manager; assist with the operation and control of school hire schemes and arrange bookings for community use of school facilities; undertake stock-takes of school plant and equipment.

**About You**:

- First aid and CPR is desireable
- Knowledge of OneSchool
- Produce newsletters
