**About the Role**:
We are looking for **Tamil-speaking support workers** in the **Bondi area** for **2-3 hours per week** to assist NDIS participants in their daily lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **personal and community support** to NDIS participants
- Assist with **daily tasks** and encourage **independence**:

- Build **positive relationships** and support participants' **individual care plans**

**What You Need to Succeed**:
**Fluency in Tamil** (Highly Preferred)
**Cert III or IV in Disability** (or currently studying)
Experience with **mental health, complex behaviors, and high physical support needs** (highly regarded)
**Working With Children Check** (or willingness to obtain)
**National Police Check** (or willingness to obtain)
**Current First Aid & CPR certificate** (or willingness to obtain)
**Strong verbal and written communication skills**
