The RoleWe believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Electrical Superintendent to join our Construction team in a Full-Time in FulhamThe purpose of this role is to manage Planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the electrical part.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefining the work sequence and areas related to the electrical activity.Defining how supervisors and contractors who will control each work area are distributed.Checking progress and incident reports submitted by supervisors.Supervising invoicing by the different subcontractors and approving them before they are finally approved by the Construction Manager.Controlling delivery of electrical material to the site, and reporting/supervising any possible incidents with the Procurement/Logistics Department.Monitoring works progress to ensure it is in line with the contract Schedule and bring any delayed work up to date.Managing the subcontract of the electrical area.
Skills & Experience Required:Technical Engineer or higher - specialized in Electrical EngineeringThree years of experience in construction of photovoltaic plants doing the functions described.
