- Conduct Value for Money (VFM) assessments utilising RHF tools and systems, ensuring accuracy in compliance with VFM guidelines. Throughout the process, identify areas for improvement in flood resilience and recommend strategies to enhance home resilience.
- Effectively communicate with homeowners and licensed contractors, conducting on-site visits and desktop interactions to educate them about flood risk, resilient building design, materials, and technical aspects related to flood resilience.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to proactively gather insights, share experiences, and identify and promote best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the program.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with program stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of products and services.
- Support the leadership in mentoring and guiding the team to achieve excellence in performance and stakeholder satisfaction, as well as maintaining a schedule of assessments, managing data collection, and providing on-site and desktop support to homeowners.
- Foster a positive and informative relationship with homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing knowledge, participating in training, and staying updated on industry trends while assisting in mentoring and guiding less experienced team members in flood resilience.
**Working Conditions**:
- Role involves a combination of office-based and remote work, including assessments conducted on-site at people's homes.
- Travel for training or stakeholder engagement is required.
