**We are seeking motivated, intelligent, enthusiastic and joy-filled professional to join our Office Administration Team.**
The Enrolments School Officer will work in close partnership with the College Leadership Team and will demonstrate outstanding levels of professionalism and discretion.
The Enrolments Officer will be the first point of contact for our enrolment enquiries and will work directly with the College Marketing Co-Ordinator, College Staff and members of the Community.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and experience working with data manipulation.
- Excellent organisation skills, managing multiple tasks and deadline efficiently
- The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders to meet organisational goals
- A commitment to excellence in the provision of professional services
- Ability to work as part of a team and to share tasks
- A positive disposition and a genuine desire to work in partnership with college staff, students and families
