Based in our Perth office, we are seeking an experienced Bids and Submissions Coordinator to join our Group Submissions Team. This role will support the broader team in the coordination of bids and tender submissions, proposals and supporting documentation.

The role:

- Provide support to the Group Submission and Technical Teams in the coordination and delivery of submissions and proposals
- Prepare non-technical content for submissions including company information, management system details, certifications, and insurances
- Review client briefing documentation to identify key submission components and requirements, processes and deadlines, as required
- Prepare new graphic layouts for bid submissions, including organisation charts, infographics and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of the bid knowledge library including photo library, project experience and CV's, including drafting of project experience write ups as required
- Formatting of Project Showcases and Project Listings
- Previous tender, submission, and proposal preparation experience
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Strong proof reading and editing skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with the Adobe Creative suite is favourable

Previous experience within the engineering and construction industry may be considered advantageous
