**THE ROLE**

We're on the hunt for a Retail Sales Consultant who knows how to sell with heart and hustle. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be at the frontline of delivering unforgettable experiences - from welcoming tradies and renovators to inspiring first-time home stylers.

Within this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day
- Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities
- Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty
- Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers
- Keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress
- Becoming a product guru through hands-on training and demos

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM..**

We're looking for someone who brings genuine positivity and energy to the team, stays motivated to succeed, and is always curious to learn and grow. With a passion for people and a drive to keep building your industry know-how, you'll become a trusted expert who makes a real difference every day.
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-focused role
- A knack for meeting (and beating) sales goals
- An eye for detail when it comes to merchandising and presentation
- A calm, thoughtful approach to solving problems on the go
- The ability to connect easily with people and build genuine rapport
- A forklift licence or willingness to get one
- Great communication skills - you're clear, friendly, and easy to understand
- Comfortable using technology and staying on top of admin with ease
