Seeking a retail sales professional with a customer-centric attitude to join our team in a senior casual role.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and possess strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on sales, store presentation, stock replenishment, and reporting directly to management.

The successful applicant will receive comprehensive product training, guidance on consultative and ethical selling practices, and access to iconic sunglass brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales as the primary objective
  • Store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Reporting directly to senior management

In addition, the role offers employee discounts, mentoring programs, and a supportive casual team environment.

Expected hours of work are 14-20 per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday to Friday shifts, public holidays, and weekend availability.
