An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our School's Cadet Unit—honouring its proud history while introducing contemporary experiences that reflect both the School's values and those of the Australian Army Cadets. This leadership role involves full oversight of the Cadet Unit, including program development and delivery, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants, and maintaining high standards of conduct and engagement among students and staff.
- Ability to motivate and inspire Cadets
- Experience in design, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs
- Effective procurement and resource management
- Consideration for student wellbeing and welfare monitoring
- Ability to liaise with school leadership, parents, and external agencies
- A willingness to perform additional duties as needed
- An enthusiasm for working in an Anglican boys' school environment and aligning with our ethos
